Simply put, we set out to build the best deadbolt lock for work vans, adventure vans, and box trucks. We designed the lock kit to work well, fit every van, and be relatively easy to install. We knew it was important for the lock to be secure, tamper-proof, and have a lifetime warranty. After years of development and work, we created the Thunderbolt® Anti-theft Deadbolt Lock. The lock works electronically with a push of a button from your van’s existing key fob or independently from a Thunderbolt key fob.

Over time, we’ve improved the lock by listening to our customers and asking how to improve it, including ways to access the vehicle if the battery fails. Additionally, we continue to build a list of skilled installers across the globe to assist customers if needed.
